SRC Inauguration 2012
The SRC Inauguration for 2012 was held recently at the Protea Hotel in Pretoria CBD. This is where the new faces of the SRC were introduced to the Senior Management of TSC. Parents of these students were there to offer them support. Mr I Mohale (Student Support Manger) offered words of encouragement to the students. Ms D Malete (Deputy CEO Admin & Support) also pondered on points in relation to being an SRC member. Last but not least Mr Kraft (Deputy CEO Academic) gave vote of thanks.
TSC Athletics Challenge
On 14 March 2012 TSC had an intercampus athletics which was held at Lucas Moripe Stadium. Both students and staff participated in various relays ranging from 100 metres-3000 metres. The medical team was there to give assistance during the race. Students and sraff who won the rally were awarded gold medals for their hard work.
Orientation Freshers Bowl
On 2 March 2012 a Freshers Bowl was held at the Pretoria West Campus where various artists performed their tracks. It was a day to remember as this was done to welcome new students to the college.
Hospitality Studies Practicals
The year 2012 has already started and this was evident as Hospitality Students NC(V) Level 3 did their practicals by cooking dishes such as kingklip, garden salad and saute potatoes.
